At first I was hesitant at this place cause it’s just too far from my place but I just didn’t have a choice, my husband needed it being immobilized after suffering 7 weeks in a trauma center in SF because of a ruptured brain aneurysm. When he first came here, he can’t even get up from his bed on his own, after 26 days he can walk smoothly with a walker by himself! The physical therapy team was amazing! Their passion to their patients wellness and recovery was their mission and I really admire that! Not to mention the speech therapy was great! The staff were all amazing, from top to bottom, the Director of Social Services Connie did all behind the scene planning from facility to home care. Doctor Ravi was there everyday for my husband not only for medical treatment but also lifting him up encouraging to keep doing more for everyday therapy. From Nurses to CNAs and even house keeping, they were all kind, I love them all! They treated my husband like their own family and that makes me feel like commuting 1.15 hrs one way from home every single day for 26 days to be there for my husband to support him and make him feel he’s not alone in the battle makes it all worth it! Kudos River Bend! Great job! I highly recommend this place!

My husband was brought to this facility and stayed for a little over a month before being discharged. Let me tell you this place was fantastic! They all took such great care of my husband. Nurses, respiratory therapists, physical/occupational therapists, speech therapist, activities people, CNAs, front desk workers and social worker were all so kind to all of us. We were also one of those family members who would always be there and call every night for reassurance to make sure everything is fine with him. Every worker we met there has treated us with kindness. One thing I will point out is that finding a parking spot can be difficult but other than that I am glad my husband was brought here to be taken care of.

The staff is always warm and friendly! They treat the residents really well. It’s always a pleasure to see the staff monitoring their residents with care. Surprisingly, my mom has been placed here by her husband, who thought he was going to out live her over a decade ago, and I probably would not have her anywhere else. This staff is great. I love this facility, and Connie does one heck of a job running it. This staff is beyond amazing! They’re really like family, my mom has been here since 2013, and she’s getting better and better!

I love this place for my husband. I did take awhile for me to trust them and get to know them though. And things are not always perfect but if you talk with them, they are quick to rectify an issues. The CNA’s work hard, they keep Rob clean. The nurses are awesome, if I have any concerns about Rob’s meds they take care of it. Sylvia with arts and crafts tries to get Rob out to watch a movie or do art which I appreciate and the social workers listen and we have regular care conferences. And the receptionists are fantastic at trying to keep a phone handy so I can talk to Rob almost everyday. Their efforts are appreciated. Overall I am pleased Rob is there. They keep him nice and clean, he has his moments but he is content and is treated good. He has been there for three years.

The staff member checked with the doctor to be sure it was safe to take my friend for lunch after his fall. Then, she checked his insulin level and added some to be sure he was at an appropriate level. My friend really wanted to go to lunch with his sister and me and the staff made it possible! God bless them.

Today’s visit was very good. I met the new social worker who made time for me even though I didn’t have an appointment. Lately my brothers care has been very good. He’s being shave and clean as should be. Thuy, his CNA is very good.
